Ughhhh I cannot stand some people. I swear. I don’t understand how it’s okay for some people to say what they want, but god forbid I say what I want.. then I’m the petty one.. yeah okay pal.

I barely get on here anymore, but I think I’m going to start using this as my writing/mental notes. Expressing my anxiety and depression.. I’m finally growing, in the sense that I no longer feel the need to explain myself to others. If I’m having a horrible day, it’s okay to take a step back and let myself have time to feel my feelings. If I want to have a day In bed doing nothing, then I can. If I want to go out and enjoy the day, then I can. I have to put myself first. I can’t have a bad day and worry about making others happy. My happiness & mental health is way more important. And I’m learning that IT IS OKAY to put myself first.
