I recently came out as caterpillar kin to my girlfriend and things are going really bad. She doesn't use my pronouns. She says I'm being ridiculous and threatens to leave me. I can't deny who I am, but I don't want to lose her. What should I do? Do I give her time or move on?

Okay, so I don't mean to offend and I'm sorry if anyone is, but I am a cis white gay male, and I understand your stance on cis people and transphobia and kinphobia and such, but I'm willing to learn, and I was wondering if there is anyway to reject the "ingrained transphobia"

I have a question, just about what to do to no offend a trans person. So if someone is trans, but they don't tell me, even if I ask their pronouns, and I simply assume based off their appearance, is that misgendering, and is it considered transphobia?
