Some could float, some could move things with their mind, some could control fire, every power as unique as the person to acquire it. The Mercies were created to be on our side, a perfect group of government-approved superheroes, standing guard for the island, rescuing its citizens, aiding its law enforcement. Then Cinder happened. In the most devastating attack the island has ever seen, superhero Cinder spontaneously combusted in the middle of a crowd. And he might've done so on purpose. Now, superpowered people are not to be seen using their abilities. The Mercies disbanded. All those with powers scattered across the island for fear of the tightened regulations around their existence.Three factions were born in the aftermath of the incident. Three groups of superpowered people, all going head to head for the scraps of influence the criminal underworld of the island has to offer them. Their leaders forever entangled in a fight to be the rulers of the powered population. The annual meeting of the Heads is upon us. Will you join them?
