sketched out this shit and did copypaste for another piece as a mirror. NO STABILIZERS ON THIS IT COMPROMISES THE LINE INTEGRITY

Do flats. I actually used wood flooring as a reference. A chain brush form clip studios store. Then warp perspective shit. Do not be a slave to the sketch!

For coloring i used this as reference for coloring style

This was the initial coloring for a different piece. Cause i was forgetful.

until i used a 3d model to play with the lighting and used as reference from there to correct my mistakes

Then i had a friend redline it then tweaked the drawing a bit to have it more accurately.

I have 4 inking styles

Subtle allowing the rendering to speak for itself very relaxing to do on the phone ironically

Dynamic and loud allowing the shadows to make the more vibrant colors pop its the most challenging and time consuming for me cause parts are colored and others arent.

Simplistic with no variation. This is me pretty much super lazy and focusing more on composition than inking. Sum of parts

Finally a inbetween of 2 and 3s styles. Focusing on the outline and limited coloring.

Then i pray to god check my values using saturation instead of greyscale and tweak saturation and contrast for each piece.

Then I'm finished with the piece. It takes 1 week to 2 months on average per piece. It depends on if its on clip studio or ibis paint. But the main reason is because i give myself a few days inbetween each phase from sketching inking and coloring so i have fresh eyes and see if i need to scrap or finish or make another sketch.

I actually use my sketches as backlog since i do multiple sketches on a page. Allowing myself zero preasure to make new art daily instead using my months old wips to complete in different phases. Its more sustainable and healthy for my process in the long run. Unless its a gift, driving me mad or commission do not expect a fast output.
