I have an idea, that Darnell and Nene was mean to Pico for more reasons than just "screwed up" money. Pico didn't really say his real reason why he didn't kill BF to his friends. They screwed up with their deal and Pico didn't even say why he did that or said things like "because I decided to", " It's not your business", and that made his friends very angry. As we know, Week 3 happened bc of Pico's nostalgia and old habits, and maybe also because of Pico's false hope to win back his ex, he literally loved him and missed him. Ginger was scared to talk about his feelings because he used to be cool-blooded and clever guy but his feelings made him back down and he regarded this as sign of unworthiness and weakness.
After the fighting Pico got into inevitable situation, so he decided to said everything, his reason of that decision, his actual emotions about it. I think this is also the reason why the conflict with Darnell was quickly resolved. Darnell is Pico's best friend, so he understood his situation and started support him. This reaction really shocked Pico, so ginger gave vent to all his emotions.
