The eternal night sky glistening with shades of orchid purple, lavender and lilac.
Glowing threads of mist in periwinkle blue and lavender dancing through the air. Vivid and flowing around.
The glowing threads led by white fox shaped spirits that couldn’t be seen from the ground. The fluffy tails of the foxes shimmering with the lights of the foxfire’s.
The soft hue of the twin moons, a white full moon with a smaller pearl-pink crescent curled into a Cheshire shape, at its side.
The snow covered ground stretching out as far as can see.
The moonlight glistening off the white surface.
To the east were large snow covered mountains. And to the west were the frost covered pine forests.
The scent of pine on the frigid air that filled the area with the cold of early spring.
The Snowflake Villa stood out as one of the only few non nature structures amongst the snow.
The tall Fae seemed to have been been from spring snowflakes.
His silver veins seemed to shimmer like snowflakes against his pale snow like skin.
His eyes embodied with Opalite, glistened like snowflakes under the moonlight.
His short white hair resembled frost covered ‘Snow Mountain’ Paeonia flowers.
His attire consisting of periwinkle blue and white. With snowflakes embodied into the fabric.
As the second Fae of Serenhame, and one of the two first circle fae, he had the title of High Lord of Snowflakes.
The glow of the dancing foxfire’s seemed to increase all of a sudden.
He stepped out into the snow.
His eyes widening as he watched as pearl-pink glows had appeared.
In the distance towards the closed forest of white blossom trees, with gemmy rose quartz bark, a pink star suddenly appeared in the sky above.
It glowed brightly, catching the eye of every fae in Serenhame.
The star glowed pink as brightly as it could before disappearing.
It was both the creation of a star. And the disappearance of one.
That could only mean one thing in Seren. The realm had created a new Star for a specific reason. It was the entrance of the star into the realm.
He glanced over at the pearl-pink crescent.
“There’s no pink fae, but the moon has always been that hue,” he guessed.
“Lord Eira ("AY-rah")?” A Frost Fae behind him inquired.
The name meaning ‘snow’ in Welsh.
Eira looked at the Fae who was standing on the balcony in the doorway.
The sound of the fireplace behind him.
“The pink foxfire’s, it looks like it’s leading somewhere,” he admitted.
Eira’s Opalite eyes traced the path of the pink foxfire’s.
Unlike the usual periwinkle and lavender foxfire’s that filled the whole sky above SnowFlake territory, the pink was leading somewhere.
The sound of a bell. Chiming through the air.
“Order all knights to follow,” Eira instructed.
The frost Fae bowed his head in response.
After dressing for the elements in the foyer of Snowflake Villa, including a thick cloak and headed shoes.
Eira, followed by his five trust worthy Knights headed out into the falling snow.
The flurries of snow forming swirls before landing against the white ground.
The sound of snow crunching under their boots.
As they went deeper, following the pink glows.
The frigid wind brushing against his cheeks as it pushed back his hood.
However the feeling that rushed through him was all he could concentrate on.
There was an enchanting feeling. Calling him forwards.
Covering up their footprints as they got further away from the Villa.
Until they reached the weeping curtains white blossoms.
His heart beating in anticipation.
Footstep. After footstep.
The faint scent of something sweet he couldn’t place on the cold air.
The forest of trees crowding around them as a tunnel.
His eyes widening as he stepped into the clearing.
A meadow of white flowers. Untouched by the snow.
And a large being, one he could tell straight away, sitting in the centre.
“One of the stars,” he gasped.
A large white fox with fur that shimmered with moondust.
With bright eyes glistening lilac embroider with purple obsidians.
A large fluffy tail that shimmered with lavender and orchid purple, as if it contained the night sky, with pink constellation designs.
He could see that the Fox Star, one of the beings that created Serenhame, was hiding something behind her large tail.
A gust of wind blowing through the meadow.
The faint scent of roses. Sweet and gentle.
The five Knights behind him all knelled down in respect as soon as they saw the Fox Star.
A strong, silvery voice spoke through the meadow.
「 Are you here for Our precious star? 」
However his eyes couldn’t leave the area hidden by the Fox Stars tail.
“Star of Spring Frost, we saw a pink star appear and disappear,” he started.
「 When we created Serenhame, we used all our powers, in the act of this, our stardust all created a New Star 」
The Fox Star’s eyes looking down with a gentle expression to the one behind her tail.
「 We used up too much stardust so our precious Star had been asleep this whole time 」
「 We regained enough stardust, the first step was completed. She should wake up soon 」
The Fox Star’s tail moved to the side, revealing a sleeping Faery resting against her.
Her slim, slender limbs was as pale and clear as freshly fallen snow under the moonlight.
An innocent like beauty. She seemed to have been spun from spring itself along with moonlight of the crescent.
Her silky long hair flowed out amongst the flowers. The soft strands glistening light pink and pearl-pink from delicate rose petals.
Her attire, while not suitable for the snow outside, suited her.
The fabric attorned with stars and crescent moons.
Sounds of gasps behind him.
As one of the Knights spoke.
“The reason behind the crescents pink?”
“The only Star Faery?” Another guessed.
Eira knelled down infront of her, as he looked down at the Faery’s sleeping face.
Her eyelashes like tiny butterflies were a mixture of white and light pink.
He knew her title. Without having to be told.
“The Star Princess,” he greeted.
The gentle ring of a bell. As a new spring arrived.
