These tasty Vegan Valentine's Day Chocolate Berry Kabobs are a great gift for your sweetheart. Dulce berries covered in dairy-free chocolate are a sweet and romantic treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, washed and hulled. 1 cup raspberries, washed. 1 cup blackberries, washed. 1 cup dairy-free vegan chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Put the blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries on the wooden skewers in any order you like. Put the dairy-free vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second increments, stir the chocolate in the microwave until it is completely melted and smooth. Spread the melted chocolate out evenly over the berry skewers that have been prepared. Put the skewers covered in chocolate on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put the tray in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chocolate sets. Serve and have fun!
