I thought It would be neat to share some of my favorite filters that I use to edit for my Instagram, as I’ve gotten a few questions on what I use to edit my photos.

First things first when it comes to a picture the first thing people will notice lighting, lighting is most important and the best light to use is natural sunlight since my walls are white it bounces and brightens up my room and as you can see down below I go in and edit my pictures with photos, sometimes auto does a nice job or sometimes I go in manually

App I use to edit, my favorite editing app has to be VSCO,it has been my go to for a long time.

My favorite filters have to be HB1 HB2, 10 04 05, C1 C2 C3 , F1 F2 F3 and J1, I’m slowly switching between those. Below you can see how two filters look with my customized settings. At the moment my favorite is C1

I really like a very dreamy vibe to my feed so I usually crank up the faded levels.

Other apps that I absolutely adore are Afterlight, focos and COLOR STORY.

focos is a fun app if you want a portrait look this app does the job!!,

COLORSTORY Has this tool option to lighten, like face app but it’s free to use!😸.

The first Afterlight is no longer available but their fairly new app is awesome! It even has features like ones you can find on the first one! The filter I like from Afterlight is magnolia they also have dust effects but you can find them also on picsart for free another alternative option I had to share,

Last but not least Instagram filters!! I love Instagram filters! My favorite are Hudson, Aden, lo-fi , Clarendon, gingham, lark, the one I use most is hudson bellow are the settings and reminder not all pictures will look the same that’s why I’ll be switching it up soon but for now i wanted to share these with you!!
