Peem's habits

Pheem is the happiest when she gets to take care of Kie.

As soon as she becomes Kie's girlfriend, she instantly starts taking care of her, making her food, making sure she rests when she's tired. Her face literally brightens.

And when she finally understood Kie and forgave her, the first thing she did was go back to take care of her. She worried about her hangover, prepared her a bath, got her medicine and food, made sure she drank plenty of water.

Pheem also has several voices she uses depending the person she's speaking to. She had a baby voice that she only uses with Kie, but she speaks differently with her father, friends, and when she's being stern and huffing at people. Even when she's chastising Kie, she sounds different than when she does it with others.

The first few days in Japan must have been the first time Kie has heard Pheem not speaking to her with her second voice.

I can only imagine how hard it must have been for Pheem during that time to control herself from being the caring person she naturally is with Kie, and to say harsh words and actions, when she has never ever wanted to hurt her. I imagine the only reason she managed to do it—and still she slipped at times, like when she put her scarf around Kie's neck and cleaned Kie's nosebleed—, because she believed that Kie didn't actually hurt because of her.

But as soon as she found a way to forgive her and get back to her, she once again became the brightest and happiest person being able to care for her again.
