YouTube recommended your channel to me, and I watched two or three videos. I noticed a repetitive pattern of grief in your day-to-day activities. One way to interpret this is to acknowledge that all emotions and events are illusions created by the senses, making reality seem nonexistent. Instead of being consumed by feelings, desires, and emotions, simply recognize them without attaching them to your sense of reality.
What I mean is that our senses constantly tell us we are real, leading us to experience emotions such as fear, happiness, sadness, and jealousy. However, consider how, in dreams, you can feel the same intense sensations—such as panic or the fear of being harmed—only to wake up and realize they weren’t real. For the brain, there is no fundamental difference between what happens in a dream and what happens in reality. In some cases, people have even been temporarily paralyzed due to sudden shocks in dreams. This suggests that the world is merely an illusion created by your senses. Once you accept this, you can make conscious decisions to live with the highest pleasure, free from unnecessary emotional burdens.

I feel like I have understood this already some years ago but I'm finding it hard to accept it completely. Like it keeps coming back. I'm aware of my patterns and am constantly working on breaking them. But yk it just gets tiresome from time to time doing it all alone. I'll be just fine though. I got this :)
