honestly neil and andrew are In Love but to me the most romantic thing about couples is the things they do that annoy the shit out of each other. it happens with everyone. if you live someone at some point they will do something that you Fucking Hate and you just have to live with the fact that your favorite person in the world has some incredibly annoying habits
that said:
-andrew watches incredibly gross horror movies on their giant widescreen tv and neil hates it. it doesn't trigger him or anything (andrew would absolutely stop if it did) bc it's all clearly fake it's just gross and he doesn't like it and andrew thinks that's hilarious
- neil leaves his shoes in the middle of the floor. he doesn't take them off in the doorway just like. wherever he thinks about it. in the bathroom. in the middle of the kitchen. sometimes he'll take on off in one room and another off in another room. andrew trips on them constantly
- andrew buys shampoos, gets halfway through them, and then gets bored and let's them languish in the shower until neil gets frustrated and throws them out
- neil likes grapefruit. in andrew's eyes this is one of neil's biggest sins
- they both climb on the counters to reach things but andrew will climb on the counters while Wearing Shoes. nastie
- tbh they're both terrible with laundry they only nominally have a basket they just drop shit on the floor
-andrew plays music in the car so loudly that neil eventually begins to suspect that his hearing is Not Great. they either drive in dead silence or with the music blasting. there is no in between
- neil will get drinks and then only half drink them and then will just leave the cups places and forget about them for weeks until they are just full of mold. andrew is like. just. finish your fucking drinks and we won't have this fucking problem JUST FINISH IT OR DUMP IT OUT EMPTY CUPS DONT MOLD NEIL

When I was in foster care, we had our names written on the tags. It was mandatory, we couldn't cut them out, bc of organizing reasons (and people stealing things). I totally hated it. I was a teen in highschool with my name on my coat and my things, like a child. I tell you: there's NO WAY Andrew forgot about the tags.
