This interview is by Guy Raz of NPR.  In this interview he talks with Harvard law professor Robert Mnookin about his new book, Bargaining with the Devil: When to Negotiate, When to Fight. I was delighted when Joel Peterson called in as a listener during the interview, but then dismayed that Mnookin did not recognize Peterson or his work.  If you are not familiar with Peterson, check out one of my earlier posts of him from Stanford.
