Like, fym he was basically in solitary confinement for all his first 18 years of life, and just casually tortured for days on end in ways the human body is not even built to withstand for over 2 seconds, how tf is he even having casual conversations of any kind, anybody else in his place would be behaving like a chimpanzee on methamphetamine 24/7, he should be sliming everybody out without a single thought, on SIGHT.

it's not that he's TRYING to get clean I just like the idea of him coming out of his 27 year hibernation and swimming out the sewers the first time and unintentionally washing the filth from the last cycle to bring in some new cycle filth :> also doggie paddling because it's funny

I mean, it is obvious that in the movies/series we always see him as a clown but it is understood that in part it is for budget reasons lol but in the book he could be other things instead he always goes back to being a clown
