You might recognize me from twitter (polywoahbunch) or even tik tok (needlecoinpinyuri) as that one insane Alec and Fiore person just because of how much I post about them! Well I can't wait to become known for that on here too as I am ready to start actively posting on here! 😋

Ver without pride flags !

Most of the time I call them blossomgem/flowerdiamond! As we know, Fiore's name means flower, while Hira's means diamond so I thought making something out of that would've been cute. Their emoji combo is 🌻💎, I think Hira's is self explanatory enough but the reason I chose the sunflower for Fiore was because Lake already had the daisy as hers (😭), and also I think it fits the theme of her being the sun of Alec's life!

Other ship names that COULD work for them are Fira and Hiore. But those sound lame ngl...

NOW, FOR SOME ESSENTIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THEM!

Hira and Fiore meet during season 8 of Disventure Camp as they're both called back for another chance! The last time Fiore had competed was in fvf, while Hira is a new competitor who debuted in season 6 and later competed in season 7 as well. By the time season 8 rolls around in 2028, Fiore is 13 on her way to 14 (December 17th 2014), while Hira is 12 about to turn 13 (December 18th 2015)!

In this au, Fiore is Italian/Croatian 🇮🇹🇭🇷, and I changed her last to Gronchi (because it was obvious the writers put no effort when deciding her canonical last name). Hira is ‌blasian (Motswana/Malaysian/Kuwaiti 🇧🇼🇲🇾🇰🇼) and her full name is Humariah Nur!

Both of them are lesbians! (Fiore is a butch, while Hira is a femme), and although I am still debating weather or not Hira should have any specific gender identity besides cis or a label besides lesbian, I know for sure that Fiore is a gender apathetic (she/any) and greyromantic!

I like to think the color yellow, flowers and cats represent Fiore while Hira is represented by the color purple (the contrast to yellow), diamonds and butterflies! Hira really likes insects, and her favorite ones are butterflies, they also represent her story well with it's themes of transformation and growth! Aside from that, after season 7, Hira develops an interest in psychology, while Fiore dabbles in abstract art and gymnastics. Another very important thing for both of them is that, while Fiore is the sun, Hira is the eclipse that overtakes the sun's glory.

I wouldn't say the two of them have a romantic relationship, their dynamic fits the description of what queer platonic is the most! The two of them have a special bond nobody can understand by being the only child (not teenage) stars of Disventure Camp, and all of the damage that caused them. Both of them are immensely fucked up, and even though they refuse to understand themselves, they find comfort in each other. Neither of them will ever be capable of truly getting better, but they're fine with that. The thing they like about each other the most is probably what other people consider their biggest flaws.

SO, ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE THE SEASON STARTED...

Hira lives in America with her older brother while her parents and others brothers are away for work. Hira has promised herself that she was gonna prove that she is more than capable by competing on Disventure Camp, safe to say, she got more from it than she expected. After season 7, Hira gains a certain mindset regarding how she wants to continue living her life after her experiences with reality tv had changed her, it isn't a healthy one, but it still keeps her happy. Around this time too Hira starts indulging in social media and audience discussions a lot more, she was happy to show where her life journey headed.

Fiore still lives in Italy and is stuck in the boarding school, even though he didn't adopt her, Fiore has practically become Alec's child as he takes care of all of her necessities. The two had promised each other that after fans vs favorites both of them were gonna try and get better, but it seems like Fiore wasn't capable of even getting started on it. Alec and Fiore had distanced themselves from the cameras, social media and Disventure Camp as a whole, up until they got a call back for season 8, Fiore couldn't resist to come back and see what Disventure Camp's newest child star that caused her so much restless sleep was all about.

THEIR AESTHETIC + TROPES

Blossomgem has a very interesting aesthetic, I still have to make their moldboard but to explain it simply :

Hira is a rich girl living in the city centre. Although known for having a bit of an ego, it is deserved with her incredible performance at school and stellar discipline. Fiore is from a small village in Italy with a reputation for causing trouble at her Catholic boarding school. While Hira is always very well and politely dressed, preferring to go for a more feminine style, Fiore sticks to comfortable more leaning masculine clothing, not really caring about her appearance, only worrying about if she looks threatening or not. Hira's primary colors in her design are purple and red, while Fiore's are yellow and blue.
