Never again will I be able to call you mine, and laugh with you about how you'll never think of me as any older than twelve due to the fact that you're older than me. By 1 year, eleven months to be precise. Never again will I pass the bench we first met on without thinking about how I flipped you off because you kept playing games with me, or how I took your phone and walked away with it to get you to stand up and walk around the mall with me, because you wouldn't on your own due to the fact that you're insecure about being a half inch shorter than me. I'll never forget how, while my back was turned, another girl asked you to dance with her at homecoming and you thought it was funny how mad I got. I remember our little dates, how once we went to Panera bread and I paid because you always complained about having to pay, and after we ate you went on a rant about accidental pregnancy that I'll never forget because it was so funny. I remember going to the movies with you and somehow always ending up making out. I remember getting in massive trouble for sneaking out and spending a whole night together in your car, listening to music and talking about life and exploring the nighttime world. I think it's heartbreaking how easy it is to lose someone. Because that's what happened. And while you said you forgive me, I don't forgive myself, and I don't think I ever will.
