Indigo naturally excelled in performing arts. Dance, music, and things of the like came just as easy as breathing to him. As such it was no surprise that after being recognized for his talents in middle school he was showered with scholarships and consequently he and his adoptive parents moved from his home in Detroit to a school in New York where he trained to perfect his talent in the arts. 

Indigo’s ability to inspire energy and passion in others works the same way as stimulant drugs. While it gives the receiver more energy and focus it can also result in addictions and withdrawals. 

The record that Indigo is able to conjure is Whitney Houston’s 1987 self-titled album.

On his first day of sixth grade Indigo ran home to his father and stepmother eager to tell them how he’d joined the dance club and choir at his quaint school in south east England. They both told him to quit the next day. They insisted he join a sport instead. So naturally, Indigo stayed in dance and choir and told his parents he was at basketball practice. All the while he trained in ballet and rehearsed the loveliest of vocal repertoire. His instructors were stunned at how he seemed to have trained all his life despite having just started. Indigo came clean to his parents on the night of his first dance recital. He urged them to watch him in the audience, as did several talent scouts and recruiters from arts schools. At the conclusion of the production every one of them in attendance was offering scholarships for the promise of his talent at their school. When Indigo’s parents realized he could make money on stage they became quite a bit more supportive. They registered Indigo for the school with the highest bidder and moved to New York the next semester. 

Indigo had been a summertime camper for the past two years but recently had to start attending year round.
