File a complaint with housing. Speak to them as soon as possible, and that is something they would handle seriously. They may also be able to place you in a new housing situation fairly quickly if need be. 

Well, that depends on your personality! I can't really tell you where people you would like hang out. Reaching out to people in your classes, people you see a lot and want to hang out with, people your roommates (if you like them) hang out with all worked for me.

Yes. You fill out a housing form and the Housing department does try to pair you up with appropriate roommates. 

So Housing basically has an obligation to house people under 18 with people of the same legal sex  - if they're living in Pei (in which you and your roommates all live in the same room). If you live in Dort/Gold, the Letter Dorms or B-Dorm, all of which have individual bedrooms, you can get paired with anyone of any legal gender.

It varies wildly, depending on what year you're in to what AOC you're in. MY workload includes about a fair amount of reading - probably like 400 pages a week (but in like, novels, not textbooks), and I'm a third year Lit student. Who's bad at math so I may need to double check that calculation. I can't seak for any other group, to be honest. As long as you stay on top of your assignments and try to do them ahead of time, I think they're fairly manageable (again, only speaking for myself).

Students here typically spend time indoors or in their rooms, from my observation. We don't spend as much time outdoors as maybe other populations might. But we do definitely have the free time available, we're not all holed up doing work all day!
