The first layer; earth; our world; The Clear Lights, so that's what they call it, in the old times.

The Clear Lights are the first layer of our realities. A reality that our sight is clear and unseen. 

The second layer; the shadow place; the changing hues; The Flash Lights.

The Flash Lights are the second layer of our realities. A reality that contains the changing lights, and the entities who dwell here, the Shadows and the Revenants.

The Static Event

The Echoing Signal; The Endless Scream; The Static Call; The Hush Howling; The Scream

Imagine a place. A place of old televisions scattered around, wires that poke out and, in the ground, and the center of all a signal tower. 

When you walk around, you find an old television: a 1950s model. A television that turns itself on. When you look at its screen. You saw a static of black and white, like a blizzarding storm that hit the window screen. 

Listen. Can you hear that, a faint scream. A scream that sounds like panic, fear, or something else of dread.

Closer. Can you see that, a faint shape. A shape of a person or something else. 

With this thing of no features; no eyes, no ears, nor noise, only the mouth. A jagged, tooth many, wide mouth. a mouth that tries to speak, but to scream.

You back up. The terror you saw. When you clear your mind, and look away. When you come back for a second. and you saw them. 

Those same things you saw that thing; the thing with no eyes, ears, and noise. They crowded each other; knocking each other to get closer, and then, nothing. They just watch. With their wide and screaming mouths, they just watch you. 

You walk slowly and keep an eye on it, slowly, slowly, slowly, you left.
