Made myself this corset for a singing gig, soon will show you the full picture of my look
If you're wondering why there's so much resistance to the idea of a 4-day work week, or why automation hasn't actually led to people working less like it was supposed to...
I decided to post more photos of this corset and tell a little about it and how it came into being.
The original corset was made in 1876, it is currently located in Met Museum. The shape of the corset I made is different from the corset from the museum according to the customer’s wishes, but the embroidery is recreated as closely as possible to the original. Overall, I think it is my best work so far and I am very proud of it!
Since the Halloween is around the corner, I think it’s time to show you a couple of spiderweb corsets I made)

A Maple Leaf cape I designed and made - in my (very much biased) opinion it’s a perfect autumnal cape!
Made a corset using a museum exhibit as a reference. The shape is from a later decade, but the embroidery is quite spot on I think)
Made this beautiful corset recently. It has intricate multicoloured flossing inspired by a favourite landscape of the client.
I decided it’s time to make my version of Snow White’s costume
Made a replica of my favourite victorian corset. It’s not absolutely identical, since the size is different but I tried to stay true to the original as much as I could. If you want to see a little bit more details - I posted a couple of videos in my instagram

I’m working on my Alice in Wonderland mini collection. Can you guess which character represents this corset?)
Made myself a ribbon corset so I can match my grandma’s vintage china set)
Made a copy of the museum exhibit, looks quite good. But unfortunately I wasn’t able to add a couple of flossing elements before the photoshoot, but I added them later before shipping. I hope the new owner is happy)
I am so bad at writing captions today… made this, very proud, fingers are poked and scratched but I’m happy with the result)
Made this 1906 Edwardian corset recently, tried feather flossing for the first time) hope the new owner is happy 🥰

Recently had a pleasure to make this pink beauty. Soon it will arrive to the destination to make her owner happy)
Some truly gorgeous embroidery on vintage linens I purchased at an antique sale today. I'm unsure how old they are.
