"Dysmorphia"

For people who are struggling from BDD(Body Dysmorphic Disorder).

I am not going to complain that i have severe case of this, because i am sure there are people who have much worse cases of BDD. But i really had problems with body image since early teens. Starting work in the modeling agency when i was 16 years old just made it worse surely. So i always thought i am very fat, even when i was like 52 kg. Only recently i finally stopped hating my body so much, with help of sports and movement, which reduce my anxiety and self hatred levels. Yay.

So i wanted to create something about this theme since so many people struggle with this.

Happiness is not how much you weight. Love yourself and take care of yourself not only from 1st of January, but whole year! You are beautiful. DONT LET IT CONTROL YOU! You are in control of your body and your soul! Not some stupid self-hatred. And only you can decide how you look or how to improve something for YOU! Not for this nasty disorder.
