The Photoshoot: Efficiency is Key

On the day of the shoot, AI can still be helpful, but in different ways. I leverage applications that give suggestions in real-time on composition, lighting, and the best angles to shoot from. This is very convenient, especially when working by myself and there isn't a large shooting team present. 

What is most interesting, is that AI might have been used for some of the photography aspects of shooting, such as focus stacking and exposure blending right on the spot. Nowadays, cameras are increasingly introducing AI capabilities, particularly sophisticated subject detection, and can even apply ideal settings on the fly to help photographers achieve the best image possible. For me, that technology might save the most time because it eliminates so much trial and error. 

Then for me, my most game changing experience was finding ai pose changer feature. If I found one good photo, I can just take that and generate so many variations of poses from it. Still care about quality. AI is a tool, not a replacement for skills. Your final product will still need to pass your professional quality control as a photographer.

Use on your own projects first. Before you use AI on a paid job, use it on your own project to see its limitations and benefits.

Use it in conjunction with your skills. AI is at its most powerful when mixed with a solid understanding of photography. Don't become purely reliant on technology.

The Future of Model Photography with AI

Given the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence, I am hopeful that model photography will soon be much easier for more individuals to engage in. The once-high barriers to entry, like the substantial cost of rental equipment, studio costs, and model fees, can now be negated with AI assistance. 

On the other hand, I am also sure that human beings will never become obsolete when it comes to the human component of photography. The ability to about emotions, build relationships with subjects, and produce photos that have heart and soul cannot be done by anyone but a living photographer. 

Artificial Intelligence is an immense, powerful tool for increasing speed and extending all new levels of creativity. From my years of experience as a photographer, those who successfully use AI to enhance the experience while maintaining a degree of artistry will likely succeed. 

Try things, don't afriad, but don't forget the important aspects of the still image that made you love it.

It performs the repetitive technical tasks that are time and energy-sapping, allowing me to focus on the substantive elements of photography that need human judgement, emotion, and vision.

As I reflect on my journey over the past year, I recognize that my welcome of AI-powered tools was not about giving up the principles that shape the foundation of my photography practices. It was about modifying and muting my practice to fit the needs of a changing industry while staying true to my artistic voice.
