I saw many Borusumi fans that lowkey hate or dont like Sumire. Which is odd. When I look at their likes, I notice they are Kawasara fans. It seems like most of them are using Sumire.
Odd normally its people who Boruto with Sarada that hate Sumire. They sound more like Sarada fans then KawaSara or BoruSumi fans.

Like at first I used to comeback for updates about my favs but now I don't even wanna know the treatment they're getting in this manga cus it's always the same lame scenario where the knight saves the day and act cold towards everybody except his lover.
I have seriously never been this disgusted by a manga like this one and it's sad comparing it to Narutos glory it's just garbage atp like it's all about the ml and fl ???
When ever I come across a post about an update I just get more disappointed and irritated just now checked and this plot is ruined like Ikemoto genuinely couldn't come up with any other plan to deal with the situation other than putting sarada in danger ??? Which i still don't understand why code is fixated on sarada ?? Like what for ? I understand himawari but her ? I'm sorry but it's just forced asf

I think many are I am keeping up only for the good part of the plots, but some chapters just make me lose interest. When the anime comes back I think I will end up skipping most eps as most of the manga chapters for TBV have been a hit and miss.
As I said plenty of times I bet Ikemoto is being pressured to make Sarada relevant and they just can't be bothered to do so with good writing so they made Sarada obsess over Boruto, made her more like Sakura and just forces her into the plot with what ever excuse he can write without putting much thought behind it.
Post time skip was good, but TBV has been downhill and its all cause of Sarada. The plot picks up whenever its away from her, but once she gets involved we get bad writing that kills interest in the story.
Boruto’s uzuhiko and vanishing rasengan are both plot devices, and the creation of them make no sense. They also have no logic behind them. (What are their elements, and is uzuhiko shinju or senjutsu).
True I dislike that we don't get any theory or explanation for uzuhiko. Vanishing rasengan we know its basically a lightning release rasengan and Boruto accidently doing it makes sense.
Uzuhiko it said it uses the planet's chakra yet its not nature chakra we need more of an idea of how it works. Its cool, but how the hell did Boruto make or come up with it.
I'm really starting to hate the manga. They're sidelining Himawari for this trash. The plot has basically been "save the damsel in distress" from Chapter 1 until now. They could've had Sarada helping Boruto alongside everyone else, but instead she's always crying, needing constant saving, fainting, or having other characters sacrificed for her development, realization, or power-ups.
When is this trash plot finally going to end? We need more Himawari in the arc, on the covers, and in the story. I want Boruto, Himawari, and Kawaki fighting together side by side against the real evil.
I am hoping we get more Sumire and Himawari the plot is actually interesting when they are involved.
You are right though Sarada has been nothing, but dead weight and her actions leading to other characters getting hurt or put in danger. They should never have gave her the MS power up and she should have done proper training during the time skip.

You should ship BoruSara. Sumire is the only character without any real depth or threat and is just a lab assistant anyone can replace. She has no value as her own character, whereas Sarada has depth, she's seeking to get stronger to rescue her father, pursuing her Hokage dream, and supporting the person she loves, even from childhood, when she only saw him as an annoying troublemaker.
Sumire is just a side girl who was there to make Sarada finally say her feelings out loud. You should stan an Uchiha rather than an ordinary lab girl.
Its the other way around sure Sarada wanting to be Hokage was a nice touch, but it never went anywhere. In TBV she is only obsessed about Boruto and has bad writing with anything to do with him. Sarada never supported Boruto during their childhood though she related to him due to their father's not being around, but there nothing she was supporting him over. Also where does it show her seeking to get stronger to rescue Sasuke, cause it showed was her letting a person die cause she couldn't use her MS.
Plus Sarada even admitted her feelings for Boruto are out of pity after omnipotence happened.
Sumire has plenty of depth she has a whole anime arc with her as the main antagonist. She has a interesting backstory and a good personality. It has also been Sumire that has actually been supporting Boruto, it was her who helped Boruto get over his aversion of scientific ninja tools, it was also Sumire who realised what was wrong during omnipotence. No one is replacing Sumire, not just anyone can be as smart as she is even Amado speaks highly of her.
I do like the Uchiha clan, but Sarada is nothing like the other Uchiha we saw being nothing, but Sakura 2.0.
I like a character with a good personality, backstory and writing, Sarada is none of those things. The only interesting part of her character was her dream of wanting to be Hokage and that has no developed her character anymore.
There this panel where Sarada's fallen earring is shown as a clue that she was kidnapped, and Sumire is watching that earring through her screen in the lab. That means it was Kawaki who picked it up, since they can see through him, but not through Boruto.
BSA is already coping and romanticizing Boruto picking up the earring and being devastated over losing his girl. If it turns out to be Kawaki instead, they're going to lose it.
I didn't notice any of that the leaks are too poor quality for me.
Also seriously Boruto isn't devasted over losing his girl, Sarada isn't even his girl. He is upset cause it was his plan to use Sarada as bait, but that is it he would have reacted the same way with anyone else.
I've given up hope of Sumire getting the writing she deserves. It sucks because she has a lot of potential but it looks like Ikemoto is committed to shoving Sarada in everywhere. The manga tanked in sales when she started getting focus but they're trying to pander to her fans because of how loud they are when they don't even support the manga. I'm over it. TBV had potential that got destroyed because of the black hole that is Sarada's terrible writing. The only silver lining is that her getting focus is in the form of her constantly flopping and being an idiot. At least I have something to laugh at

TBV story is good its just Sarada gets focus when her writing is so bad and just ruins everything. As you said its her constantly flopping and an idiot so we have somthing to laugh at, but that isn't really interesting. Hopefully we get less focus on Sarada and more focus on the rest of the story and characters, Sumire and Himawari for one. Even Boruto needs more focus as it feels like Sarada is being the focus over the MC since part 2 started.
Code is smarter than Boruto and Sarada, and Boruto certainly didn't lose control to Momoshiki; what happened was definitely part of the agreement. It seems he granted Momoshiki full control in order to defeat Jura.
Likely, though feels a bit early for that. I think Boruto might end up giving Momoshiki control to finish off Code or use him to try and convince Code to work with them. Code worships Otsutsuki so if Momoshiki is revived/going to be given Boruto's body it could lead to Code siding with them.
Your blind spot for Naruto and Himawari's daughter is so fascinating. Sumire is safe and there's no reason for any of the villains to go after her. Boruto is taken over by Momoshiki and Boruto made a deal with him after seeing Himawari so the obvious character that he wants to protect is her, his sister. But you think of Sumire? So interesting, you really don't care about the second Naruhina kid, huh? And Kawaki is in horn form too, and he very much deeply cares about Himawari but I bet your first thought would be the irrelevant Sumire too. You're so deluded.

When did I ever say a villain would go after Sumire I didn't. Though there is a reason at least as Jura wants to know about love and Sumire loves Boruto while being obvious about it. She is someone Jura can have conversation with on a more intellectual level about that so there is a plot connection that can work there.
I can't believe the accusations you are making just for me also liking Sumire. If anything its pretty obvious you issue is with me liking Sumire rather then me not caring about Himawari, you are just using Himawari as an excuse to hate on me for the fact I like Sumire also.
Himawari is guaranteed to be more involved and get more panel time, she is Boruto's sister, is still Jura's overall target and has Kurama. Himawari already escaped the death flag Koji saw last arc as well and is not in any know danger as of yet. She is going to get more and has gotten a lot of panel time there is no blind spot just cause I want another character that has been under used wanting to get more panel time.
Also the more mentions of Sumire were in response to asks about her due to Koji's latest vision of the future having her in it. Though I haven't had a proper look at the leaks myself since there isn't an translation version its poor quality. I did give another look after your ask and Himawari is also shown in the vision which you didn't even mention which shows how little you actually paid attention to the leaks, your just desperate to find excuses to hate me. You probably don't even like Himawari and just want to drag me down and pick a fight over me liking Sumire.
Considering the flow of the visions I don't think Himawari is in danger. If anything I think it sets up for a confrontation between Boruto and Kawaki with Himawari witnessing and getting involved in it.
Your the deluded one and a hater, I like both Himawari and Sumire. I have defended Himawari from haters before, just like I have done with Sumire. While I am more focused on wanting more potential Sumire appearances in coming chapters that is cause Himawari already has a strong and guaranteed future appearances and plot relevance. Himawari has also gotten more involved even taking part in the fighting already as where Sumire has been stuck as background support.
As where my posts on this blog are mostly replies to asks which have involved Sumire. I am replying in response to what other people are asking so if they mention Sumire of course I would do the same. I did the same with Himawari as well with there being asks about her or me mentioning her in my response.
Boruto's deal with Momoshiki was cause he wants to protect everyone, though Himawari's death flag certainly helped push him. Though the main reason would be Koji having shown to intentionally withhold information on people dying with Yodo. While Koji seems to be aware of the deal, he doesn't seem to be behind it with him and Boruto being at odds. Momoshiki didn't come into play the last fight either despite Himawari's death flag so it could either be insurance or Boruto is saving Momoshiki for another future event. Boruto also found out how strong Jura is so that would also be a factor in his deal. Boruto even stresses that defeating Jura.

Fandom gets mad at fourteen year old Inojin having a crush on thirteen year old Hima,but drawing 20 something year old Code going after fifteen year old Sarada is fine?
They just can't stand the fact Inojin likes Himawari instead of Sarada nor that Himawari is getting attention at all. Doesn't help that Inojin literally risked his life for Himawari and is proving to be great boyfriend material.
So many Sarada fans creating code blushing or trying to flirt with salad fan arts. Why they wanna cuck boruto so bad, when they aggressively ship bsa. It's really cringe how they want every male characters fawning for her.
Cause to them Boruto is nothing more then a trophy. They think every male should be worshiping Sarada and falling for her and any that don't and fall for another female not only get hate, but so do the female character they like.
They only care about shipping as a way to say Sarada stands above everyone else. Worse they only want that cause Sarada is Sakura's daughter who is the one they really want characters fawning over.
The fact they are using her kidnapping to ship her with Code proves it, in fact they are likely trying to distract and justify Sarada getting taken and being helpless by doing so.
It's true now that Kawaki was right. Boruto trusted Momoshiki, and he ended up betraying him anyway, even after they made a deal.
I don't think so, we haven't gotten a betrayal yet nor know what the deal was. Boruto wants to use Momoshiki to protect everyone and knows if Boruto was lying.
So whether Kawaki is right or not is still up in the air, but the deal was Momoshiki getting Boruto's body so that was always somthing that would have to be delt with. Though I think Boruto is counting on Kawaki to stop him if it comes down to it.
Is Boruto going to go full Borushiki after seeing Sarada gone, or if she dies and he finds her earring? Don't tell me Ikemoto is really going to recreate the Naruto vs. Pain moment for this Trashrada. 🤦♀️
I don't think that would be dumb and the visions of the future if they are in chorology order implies Boruto went Borushiki before that. Also Boruto already made a deal with Momoshiki so there won't be a recreation of Naruto vs Pain.

Sarada fans are not smart. These are mental gymnastics.
But Code is very much stronger then her. Plus if Sarada was smart she would have stored the metal pieces in a seal or somthing. Or tried a visual genjutsu to trick Code.
Sure Sarada let Code capture her, but lets be honest she wouldn't have been able to do anything anyway. If anything she should have tried fighting back more to make it convincing.

I guess I am one of the few who likes Zuko but LOATHES Sasuke. Kishimoto can't make a good anti-hero. Or rival.
I quite liked Sasuke, but felt that his fall into darkness during the five Kage arc was rushed. Like last arc when they were capturing Killer Bee Sasuke at least cared about about Karin and his team and then next he is stabbing her. That needed more development or at least show that hurting Karin and leaving his team behind was a tough choice and one made to become solely focused on his revenge.
If Sumire isn't a main character in this arc I'm 100% blaming it on Ikemoto forcing Sarada into the story. This is the perfect setup for her to be active with Amado's scheming and everything else going on. The issue is that focusing on Sarada eats up time other characters should be get to develop their stories. And it's never anything worthwhile, it's literally just Sarada being an idiot and liability for the tenth time.
That is what it has felt like for the arcs so far. I feel that Sumire was meant to have a bigger role in the first few arcs especially with what current chapters are leading into. But then pressure was put on to make Sarada more relevant and its eating up the time of other characters that are more plot relevant.
Like I could totally see Sumire being smart about omnipotence if Sarada did go around shouting she sides with Boruto. Plus Sumire is 100% the type of person to look after Himawari and the anime had Hanabi be her sensei so there is a connection there. Add her being Amado's assistant friendship with Eida, scientific ninja tool development Sumire has a lot of natural connections to be included into the plot.
Sarada though outside her being Boruto's teammate its a forced relevance with her just an idiot and liability like you said.
