Please let go of the attitude that someone will only want you if they have to chase you. Maybe it works for some people, but not for someone who knows what they want. If they want you in their life, they’re not going to change their mind just because you’re not making them chase you. . They’re not chasing you because they’re not interested. They’re not chasing you because they’re not ready. Or not ready for YOU. They’re not chasing you because they’re chasing someone else. Who knows? And who cares? . Your value is not based on how fast you can run. . You have to ask yourself: what do I want? Do I want to play games? Or I want a genuine authentic relationship that lasts a lifetime? Do I want momentary happiness and highs and lows based on a text or a call or a date or whatever it is? Or do I want long term happiness that is independent of those things? . Love is not a game. Love is a two way street. You have to meet each other in the middle. Sometimes you need to reach out more and love them more. And sometimes they have to do that for you. But it’s never just one-sides. It should never make you beg for love or care or attention. .
