I enjoy journaling. Itβs almost like therapy, but youβre figuring it out by yourself. Youβre trying to figure out your own issues by putting it on paper, sometimes itβs for self reflecting or for figuring yourself out. This is very similar to shadow work.Β
What is shadow work?Β
Shadow work is addressing your shadow self, the side of you that you bury deep down and avoid. Itβs your unconscious mind, and it is important to uncover this side of you in order to achieve your highest self. There are multiple ways to do this, but the most known (and most effective in my opinion), is journaling. I thought I should share 100 prompts that really make you think.Β
1. What was one time you remember feeling wronged as a child? How did you react? Has this affected you into adulthood? How?
2. Think about one time where youβve felt betrayed. What would you say to the person who broke your trust?

my year. this year i'm gonna be the best version of myself. the nonchalant, unbothered, unimpressed, unfazed queen who knows her priorities and always put them first. her top 3 priorities?

1. well um, for me ano yung pagiging matalino ko na sa precal and genmath djskjdksd like ang galing ko na guys di na ko masyado nagsstruggle sa sub na yan. and nagkaron ako skincare routine haha atsaka nabili ko na din mga bagay na gusto ko bilhin. it was fun.
2. the most important and life-changing lesson i have learned issss!!! to work on yourself first. invest in yourself, be self-absorbed, and always know your worth. never let yourself be ruined by someone who ain't even worth it.
3. i am grateful for meeting rick jcksjcjsjxj yuh. i am grateful for him coz i learned about the loa and i have learned to love myself and know my own worth. i am grateful that he happened.
4. i discovered that my mindset really changes everything. that my thoughts are so powerful that it holds my reality. i have discovered that i have the power to alter my reality and decide what i want and apply it to my life. i have discovered how powerful i am and capable on achieving everything i want in life.
5. so like.... my journey with rick really encouraged me to fix my life for the better. to like literally pay attention with myself and enlighten my spiritual self.

2023 is gonna be my year, it will be the best. 2022 was like--my baby year???? like anooo year of preparation sa pagbloom ko. gets nyall??? coz andaming naging challenge for me nang 2022. like sa year na yan nagsimula talaga lahat. i made the huge decision na makakapagpabago drastically sa buhay ko. i chose to stay here and to learn to be independent. and i did. then i met him. which fr changed everything. literal na everything!! everything about me and my life. and i am grateful for that. i am so grateful na naging part sya ng 2022 ko. if he wasn't? well then i wouldn't be the best version of myself rn. he literally showed me the worst version of myself. as in. like never ko talaga malilimutan yung mga araw na yun. damn, tuwing naaalala ko yun sobrang naaawa ako sa sarili ko. para akong nawawala na bata na basang basa na sa ulan. i can't believe i actually begged for someone to stay and tolerate all their abusive behaviours just becoz i understand them. damn... i really neglected myself that much. grabe yung ginawa ko sa sarili ko i let him treat me like shit.
and that's a really good thing. sobrang greateful ako sa universe. to God. he let me go through all that. and i survived. i did suffer, a lot, but i also did survive. plus, i became stronger. unstoppable. i legit learned a lot of stuff nang dahil kay rick. yk nang mga araw na yun when i was in the most vulnerable state, i was so ruined that i didn't know where to reach out. then i decided na, mahalin ko muna sarili ko. that's where everything changed. i found out about the law of attraction and law of assumption. all the manifestation stuff and the subliminal community. after a few weeks, a lot changed. madami din nakapansin beh. pati appearance ko nagbago. energy ko nagbago. acads status ko nagbago. everything. pati friend groups ko. i made a lot of friends. i learned many things. andami talaga. and the root of all these?
