If there was any lesson that I had to learn the hard way It would be that some people do not care if they lose you. And I feel bad for you. Because some people do not care if they lose you And you don’t deserve to be lost. And I can see the lump in your throat growing larger from all the people who left you mid sentence All the words you never got to say I know you’re choking on yourself And choking on the parts of you they left unsearched I know how terrified you are of inconsistency Because it’s almost always equivalent to loss I know you don’t want to smile right now. I know you’re not okay.

Looking at the notes is so weird like people acting like this is some huge revelation, that if you treat people like shit they’ll leave you. Also maybe treat people well because it’s the right thing to do for them as a human you care for, not because you don’t wanna be a 60 year old loser talking to strangers about how washed you are.
