Everyone has scars, either visible or invisible ones. So, we should be kind and have empathy towards the others. There are 2 kinds of scars. •Physical Scars •Emotional Scars For the latter, nobody can see them but the trauma is not less than the visible ones. The best way to deal with emotional scars is to reveal it. Here are the questions you can ask yourself to check whether you are having emotional wounds or not: 1. Who or what sets you off or instantly makes you angry? It can be a phrase, an event, or even a smell. Noticing the triggers will reveal your hidden wound. 2. Who or what do you avoid? We unconsciously avoid our fear. Therefore, you can find your trigger by answering this question. So, what to do next when you realize your own invisible wounds? I suggest you to talk to people who can help you overcome your fear and become happier. Like I always say, we all have one life.
