Had a really great workout this morning! Finally feels like I'm back in the zone. Had lil whey before n after, meal prepped n everything! Back on the wagon bbbbbbbbabbbbbeeeeeezzzzzzz Also managed to cut out a lot if redundancies and whittled my day 2 routine down to 1 hour! Huge improvement, feels good man.
