This absolutely breaks my heart.

You think going vegetarian will stop the president of Brazil from burning a rainforest? He won't care, in fact if everyone stopped eating meat we would be consuming way more vegetation than the earth has to offer and in turn would leave nothing for the animals. They would starve and we wouldn't keep them alive in farms because we don't need them for food anymore. If you want to make a difference you need to blame the right people and donate to organisations that can help stop it, not twist it into blaming meat eaters. Burning down a forest that provides food doesn't help the meat industry it just creates an inhospitable environment that's no good to anyone.
