If you are diabetic and need to carb count, nutritional labels exist, restaurants/fast food have charts. If you go to a restaurant that doesn’t have it, use a similar item from another restaurant and then correct if you have to. It’s not that big of a deal. As for home cooking, the pasta or the rice or the milk or the granola bars you eat HAVE A FUCKING NUTRITIONAL LABEL ON THEM!!!
