I have this panic reflex from early childhood where if anybody is walking angrily or making angry sounds or makes any indication of anger or negative feelings, I quickly have to stop everything, stop making sounds, stop moving, don’t make any indication of pleasure or you’ll become the target of anger.

childhood trauma is so weird because you grow up to find out that stuff that happened wasn’t okay and suddenly memories come back and you realize how it really messed you up on the inside

When you overshare your childhood trauma over text at 3am and then look back the next morning and you’re just like yiKES ITS BEEN FUN HAHA TIME TO DIE
