How does Robbie’s periscope even work. Like how can it pop up everywhere in town. Even inside buildings. How is he getting it to move around and pop up in all these places.
Does Sportacus just keep his airship afloat in one place in particular so the airmail sent to him will always reach his ship.
I guess it's one of those things where the crew didn't think much of it other than it was funny/convient but it got me wondering about it too 🤔
Here's what I think... maybe Robbie has more than one periscope all around town that he controls with these goggles he has in his lair. There could be a button on the handles that switches between the periscopes. Like it's a vr headset but not really 🤔 (But maybe this is just stretching it)
As for Sportacus's airship... only thing my brain can think of is that it's somehow magnatic? Or there's some weird bluetooth sensor? His airship pretty much has the equivlent of an Alexa... so maybe??
Hmm. Maybe. That or magics involved to some degree with the periscope. It does seem like he has some control with it when he walks a few steps forwards in place since he kind of did that to enter the school with it in Ghost Stoppers. And I guess the tubes might have some sort of magnetism in them. The blue tooth thing might’ve been installed at some point, I’d say in the later years he’s there. The early years just used magnetism in them that activated when they got quite close to the ship. He does still have to keep it at least somewhat close to the mailbox for either method to work though.

He did have to fly away from France in Sportacus saves the toys for the crystal to go off and that was the only time he completely left Lazytown when there was trouble there too. Since the only other time he left town he found the trouble with their help on his way back (secret friend day) that doesn’t count. He was probably still miles and miles away from lazytown in Sportacus saves the toys but still. Close enough for it to still pick up any hints of trouble. So maybe he can be like pretty far away for it to still detect trouble there. But not immensely so. After all it seems like it’s only able to detect trouble there since he chased the magnet ball things when they were flying off their respective country targets. So the blue tooth/magnets must need to be in Lazytown to work. As I don’t think I’d he left and they tried to send alerted it’d still work. It’d probably just crash back down to Lazytown. Whereas his crystal can still work outside of it but not too far.
I had a feeling I might've been wrong about that after writing that 🤔 I do remember that now. Lazytown's lore can be fairly inconsistent so it's better to stick with what was said first or most frequently. It also could be that the crystal is connected to trouble related TO Lazytown rather than just IN Lazytown 🤔 His airship might need technology to work properly but at least his Crystal is magical.
Maybe they'd be aware that they can't send him mail if his airship isn't in town OR there's another explanation that's escaping me right now. Maybe the something similiar to the kind of magic that lets him know where trouble might be.

Robbie is just 😰 at first because nutty starts foaming at the mouth, and pounding on the hatch door. But eventually he’s chill. So he just shares some candy a bit. Ziggy’s only scared because ofc a lil kids gonna be scared of a stalker. But he’d realize nuttys not gonna hurt him. So he’d be ok with him and show him where he gets the candy.
Petunia randomly trying to motivate Robbie to clean his lair when he’s trying to relax. And doing the same for Ziggy to clean his room too.
Roboticus just smiles the whole time he’s showing off and he just feels so important the entire time.
Mime:-signs ‘your dads a real dork’ while pointing to Robbie-
Rottenella:-signs ‘he really is’ while silently giggling to herself-
Robbie’s mad that Sports giggling because he’s laughing at him in pain. And Sportacus apologizes for laughing as well.
Lumpy gets up and climbs up the cliff.
“I’m ok are you kids ok too?”
DB eventually finds out its Robbie in disguise in one class and tells him he dances really well. And that he shouldn’t be disguising himself and embrace the concept of dancing.
Roboticus is proud of himself because he got an incredibly important job. He’s not scared of the rabid bear either. Sport won’t admit he’s scared but he’s a tiny bit scared of Fliqpy. Only a bit though obviously. Robbie’s terrified though and he makes sure the minds never see the guy because he knows it might traumatize them and he wouldn’t want that.
Rottenella wants to learn dances too and even manages to teach DB some ballet.
Trixie spends plenty of time playing pranks with Cuddles and learns a few skateboard tricks from him. She even teaches him some scooter ones in return.
Meanwhile Pixel and Sniffles invent stuff and idolize Roboticus.
Just shrugs and gives that adorable little smile, "hehe, sorry 😅"
"How… how are you… how are you even okay after THAT?!"
At first Robbie's very embarrassed and refuses to agree with him… but he does really enjoy dancing with everyone and he does apperciate that they think that he does a good job at it… So he considers it. But still keeps wearing outfits depending on what dances they're doing that day but is fine going with his regular get up ;)
Roboticus knows how to be scary and intimadating. Sportacus mostly just has to be brave for the sake of others hence why he's a tiny bit scared of someone as dangerous as Flipqy. Robbie's scared of everying so that's a given 😔

Oh yes, their pranks start being mostly harmless but since you combined the powers of two pranksters… things eventually get a bit less funny and more akin to what Squidward did to Spongebob in "Fools in April" and which they learn a moral lesson about pranking others. But them learning skateboarding and scooter tricks, ooooh I love that :0c
They try to find ways to give him more gadgets and gizmos for him, some more useful than others 👀

Back in 2019, I posted the episode of Unga Ísland with Stefán Karl as well as uploading a version of it on my youtube channel. Unfortunately for the longest time that video was blocked for people in the USA and contained very suggestive scenes in a safe sex PSA that I worried Youtube might spot and get me in trouble for.
To be on the safe side I made a censored for youtube version as well as a uncensored version. The new ones are also slightly higher quality than the one I had uploaded, originally from here.

Robbie trying to get wolf Sportawolf to take a bath but the guy won’t go back inside and keeps rolling in mud. He eventually gets him inside with a nice big juicy apple and tells Sport he can have it after he takes his bath. Meanwhile he eventually tries to find a way to clean Robotiwolf. Not much of a thing he needs to do because the guy rarely gets dirty or smelly. He’s just a brat who howls too much so he’s gotta spray him with oil or something.
