“The supplication of a Muslim for his brother in his absence will certainly be answered. Every time he makes a supplication for good for his brother, the angel appointed for this particular task says: Ameen! May it be for you too’.”
[Muslim]
Since the dua of the fasting person is accepted this is the best time to do it. But here is how you make it unique:
1. Do it for someone who wouldn’t expect it from you without telling that person to make it most sincere and for the sake of Allah.
2. Diversify the duas and people you make dua for so that you can be given different things. So in particular think of a person in each of the following categories and make dua for them daily:
a. A person who has good qualities but hasn’t been guided to faith. Make dua for guidance for that person so that perhaps Allah grants you further guidance.
b. A person who is involved in Islamic work, that Allah accepts from them and keeps them sincere so that perhaps Allah uses you for His cause and keeps you sincere.
c. A person who is committing a public sin. Make dua that Allah forgives that person. Imagine if the dua is accepted for a major public sin, then the angels will say ameen for you also and perhaps Allah will forgive you for both your public and private sins.
d. A person who is ill, that Allah grants him or her full health so that perhaps Allah will either heal you if you are sick or preserve your health for you if you are healthy.
e. A person who is struggling financially or suffering a worldly hardship, ask Allah to help that person so that perhaps Allah will help you in that same situation.
f. A person who has a particular blessing that you wish for, that Allah maintains that blessing upon that person without making it a means of taking him or her away from goodness in the hereafter so that perhaps Allah will grant it for you or maintain your blessings upon you without making them a means of harm for you.

Stop talking trash about other people:
“O you who have attained to faith! Avoid most guesswork [about one another] - for, behold, some of [such] guesswork is [in itself] a sin; and do not spy upon one another, and neither allow yourselves to speak ill of one another behind your backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, you would loathe it! And be conscious of God. Verily, God is an acceptor of repentance, a dispenser of grace!” - The Holy Qur'an [49:12]
Stop saying you’ll do something, but not do it:
“Most loathsome is it in the sight of God that you say what you do not do!” - The Holy Qur'an [61:3]

Stop telling the other gender to lower their gaze, lower it yourself, that includes online:

Stop being mean to those who have wronged you:
“Excellence is being kind to those who are evil to you.” - Prophet Eisa (Jesus) [Tafsir ibn Kathir]
Stop forgetting to pray to God when times are tough, here, Dua of Desperation: رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنْزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ Rabbi inni limaa anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeer [28:24]

“Beware of envy, for envy consumes good works as fire consumes wood.” - The Prophet [Abu Dawud]
Stop chasing things that you know aren’t good for you:
“…it may well be that you hate a thing the while it is good for you, and it may well be that you love a thing the while it is bad for you: and God knows, whereas you do not know.” - The Holy Qur’an [2:216]

Stop forgetting that God knows you can get through these hardships:
“God does not burden any human being with more than he is well able to bear” - The Holy Qur'an [2:286]
“God does not burden any human being with more than He has given him - [and it may well be that] God will grant, after hardship, ease.” - The Holy Qur'an [65:7]
“Seek closeness [to God] and be steadfast.. in all that afflicts the believer there is atonement, even a thorn that pricks him.” - The Prophet [Tirmidhi]
Stop taking your free time and health for granted:
“Two favors that many of the people squander are health and free time.” - The Prophet [Tirmidhi]
Stop fooling yourself into thinking that those sins you do lead to better things than what God can give:

[rabbi irhamhuma kama rabbayanee sagheera] “My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small” [17:24]
Stop thinking that being young doesn’t matter, of the protected people on Youm Al-Qiyamah it includes:
“a youth who grew up with the worship of God” - The Prophet [Bukhari]
Stop pretending that wealth and worldly stuff is a reward from God, they’re tests:
“and know that your worldly goods and your children are but a trial and a temptation, and that with God there is a tremendous reward” [8:28]
Just remember: “The Prophet said, ‘My Lord says…if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.’” - [Bukhari]
You need a rest. You need empty moments in which you tolerate your anxiety and circling thoughts until they slow down and stop circling. You need slow, quiet activities that ground you and remind you to accept yourself in spite of huge obstacles and bad thoughts. You need to put solutions out of your mind for now, and engage in activities that have nothing to do with your ego. You need habits that strengthen your patience and focus, but also feel real and not arbitrary. You need to abandon your glorious future and build your imperfect present instead.

Seven signs that indicate a person has a sickness in his heart
1. He does not feel any hurt or pain when he commits evil deeds and sins. 2. He finds both pleasure in committing acts of disobedience to Allah and rest after performing them. 3. He looks after the less important matters and does not care about the more important ones. 4. He dislikes the truth and has difficulty accepting or submitting to it. 5. He does not find comfort in being among the righteous people but finds a great deal of solace and peace while among the evildoers and sinful people. 6. He is susceptible to being affected by misconceptions and doubts. He is attracted to discussions, debates and arguments that surround such misconceptions rather than reading the Qur'an and other such beneficial acts. 7. He is not affected by any kind of admonition whatsoever, not even Friday sermons.

21 Tips To Help Erase Sins - Prophet Muhammed SAW
1) Repenting Allah says : “O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, if your sins reached the clouds of the sky and if you then ask forgiveness of Me, I will forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it.” [Hadith Qudsi] 2) Performing Prayer The Prophet (saws) said :“When the time for a prayer comes, if any Muslim performs ablution well and offers his prayer with humility and bowing, it will be an expiation for his past sins, so long as he has not committed a major sin; and this applies to for all times.” [ Muslim ] 3) Performing Wudhu (ablution) The Prophet (saws) said :“He who performed ablution well, his sins would come out from his body, even coming out from under his nails.” [ Sahih Muslim ] 4) Attending the Jumu'ah Salah (Friday Prayer) The Prophet (saws) said : “The five prayers and from one Friday prayer to (the next) Friday prayer is an expiation (of the sins committed in between their intervals) if major sins are not committed.” [ Sahih Muslim ]. “Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, then uses his (hair) oil or perfumes himself with the scent of his house, then proceeds (for Jumua prayer) and does not separate two persons sitting together (in the mosque), then prays as much as (Allah has) written for him and then remains silent while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, his sins in-between the present and the last Friday would be forgiven.” [ Sahih Al-Bukhari ] 5) Waiting for Prayer Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.S) asked : “Shall I not tell you of something by means of which Allah erases sins and raises you in status?”. They said :“Yes, O Messenger of Allah.” He (saws) said : “Doing wudoo’ well even when it is difficult, taking many steps to the mosques and waiting for praying after prayer. That is (equivalent) to guarding the frontier.” [ Muslim ] 6) Doing good deeds Do more good deeds because Allah said :“ Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds (small sins).” [ Quran : 11 verse 114 ] 7) Performing Umrah and Hajj The Prophet (saws) said :“Whoever performs Hajj for Allah’s pleasure and does not have sexual relations with his wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will return (after Hajj free from all sins) as if he were born anew.” [ Sahih Al-Bukhari ] “The performance of Umra is an expiation for the sins committed (between it and the previous one). And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the one accepted by Allah) is nothing except Paradise.” [ Sahih Al-Bukhari ] 8) Saying ‘Ameen’ after the Imam The Prophet (saws) said :“When the Imam says ‘Ameen’, you should all say 'Ameen’ at that time, and he whose 'Ameen’ coincides with the 'Ameen’ of the angels, all his past sins will be forgiven.” [ Bukhari ] 9) Calling out Adhaan The Prophet (saws) said :“The muadhin (the one who call out the prayer) will receive forgiveness to the extent to which his voice reaches, and every moist and dry place will testify on his behalf; and he who attends (the congregation of) prayer will have 25 prayers recorded for him.” [ Aby Dawud ] 10) Walking to the Prayer Place The Prophet (saws) said :“If he performs ablution completely and then goes to the mosque with the sole intention of perfoming the prayer, and nothing urges him to proceed to the mosque except the prayer, then on every step which he takes towards the mosque, he will be raised one degree or one of his sins will be forgiven. The angels will keep on asking Allah’s forgiveness and blessings for everyone of you so long as he keeps sitting at his praying place. The angels will say, 'O Allah, bless him! O Allah, be merciful to him!’ as long as he does not do a thing which gives trouble to others.” [ Bukhari ] 11) Giving charity The Prophet (saws) said :“The charity erases the bad deed like the water puts out the fire.” [ Tirmidhi ] 12) Asking forgiveness from others on wronging them The Prophet (saws) said :“Whoever has oppressed another persons concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Ressurection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him.” [ Bukhari ] 13) Reciting Salawaat (Blessings) on Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.S The Prophet (saws) said :“He who sends blessings on me once Allah sends blessings on him ten times and removes from him ten times and raises him by ten degrees.” [ al-Nasa'i ] 14) Being kind to animals The Prophet (saws) said :“A prostitute was forgiven by Allah, because passing by a panting dog near a well and seeing that the dog was about to die of thirst, she took off her shoe, and tying it with head-cover she drew out some water for it. So Allah forgave her because of that.” [ Sahih Al-Bukhari ] 15) Praising Allah after Eating Food The Prophet (saws) said :“ He who has taken food and says at the end : Al-hamdu lillahi-lladhi at'amani hadha, wa razaqanihi min ghairi haulin minni wa la quwwatin (All praise is due to Allah Who has given me food to eat and provided it without any endeavor on my part or any power), all his past (minor) sins will be forgiven.” [ At-Tirmidhi ] 16) Removing Obstacles from the Road or Way The Prophet (saws) said :“ While a man was on the way, he found a thorny branch of tree on the way and removed it. Allah thanked him for that deed and forgave him (his sins).” [ Bukhari ] 17) Hide Other’s faults and sins The Prophet (saws) said :“ He who conceals (the faults) of a Muslim, Allah would conceal his faults in the world and in the Hereafter. Allah is at the back of a servant so long as the servant is at the back of his brother.” [ Sahih Muslim ] He (saws) also said :“ The believer will be brought close to his Lord until He conceals him and makes him confess hin sin. Allah will say, 'Do you remember such and such a sin?’ The man will say, 'Yes, I admit it.’ The Lord will say, 'I concealed it for you in the world and I forgave you for it today.” [ Bukhari ] 18) Observing Patience during Hard Times The Prophet (saws) said :“ Whenever a believer is stricken with a calamity (discomfort, illness, anxiety, grief or worry), even the pricking of a thorn, his sins are expiated for him.” [ Bukhari, Muslim ] He (saws) also said :“ When Allah loves someone He tests them, as for whoever is content Allah is pleased with him, and as for whoever is discontented, Allah is displeased with him.” [Tirmidhi, classed as Hasan] 19) Making some dhikr The Prophet (saws) said :“ Whoever says, 'Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi’, 100 times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.” [ Sahih Al-Bukhari ] He (saws) said :“ If anyone glorifies Allah after every prayer 33 times (SubhanAllah), and praises Allah 33 times (Alhamdulillah), and declares His Greatness 33 times ( Allah hu Akbar ), ninety-nine times in all, and to complete a hundred says : 'La ilaaha illal-lah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulk wa lahul-hamd wa huwa 'alaa kulli shai-in qadeer’ his sins will be forgiven even if these are as abundant as the foam of the sea.” [ Sahih Muslim ] He (saws) said :“ If anyone says: Astaghfirullah-alladhi la ilaaha illa Huwal-Haiyyul-Qayyoumu, wa atoubi ilaihi ( I seek forgiveness of Allah besides Whom there is non worthy of worship, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance ), his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield.” In another narration, these words are to be repeated 3 times.[ Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim ] He (saws) said :“ If anyone sits in an assembly where there is clamor and says before getting up to leave 'Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika, ash-hadu Allah ilaaha illa-anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayka’ (Glory to be to You, O Allah, I begin with declaring all praise is to You, I testify there is no god but You; I ask Your pardon & turn to You in repentance), he will be forgiven any sin (of the tongue) he might have committed in that assembly.” [ Tirmidhi] 20) Saying 'Subhan-Allah’ 100 times Sa’d bin Abu Waqqas ( May Allah be pleased with him ) reported : We were with the Messenger of Allah (SAWS) when he asked :“Is anyone of you unable to earn a thousand good deeds?” One of those present asked: “How can one earn thousand good deeds in a day?” He (SAWS) replied :“By saying :'SubhanAllah 100 times, then 1000 good deeds will be recorded for him or 1000 sins will be blotted out from his record.” [ Muslim ] 21) The best duaa for seeking forgiveness is to say : “Allahuma Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa Anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya, wa abu'u laka bidhanbi faghfir li, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Anta.” (O Allah! You are my Lord. There is no god except You. You have created, I am Your slave, I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon). He who supplicates in these terms during the day with firm belief in it and dies on the same day (before the evening), he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah; anf if anyone supplicates in these terms during the night with firm belief in it and dies before the morning, he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah.“ [ Al-Bukhari ] May Allah erase our sins and save us from the torment of Hell. Ameen
may the most merciful, ease our pain and suffering, grant us jannatul firdaus, bring us closer to him, place us amongs those who are patient, kind, forgiving, compassionate, loving, honest, warm, humble gentle and pious. allahumma ameen.

the office characters last words
Michael Scott: “I feel like all my kids grew up and then they married each other. It’s every parent’s dream.”
Dwight Schrute: “Have I gotten along with my subordinates? Let’s see. My supplier relations rep, Meredith Palmer, is the only person I know who knows how to properly headbang to Motorhead. Oscar Martinez, my accountant, is now godfather to my son. Angela Schrute, my former accountant, is now my wife. My top salesman, Jim Halpert, was best man at my wedding, and office administrator, Pamela Beesly-Halpert, is my best friend. So, yes, I’d say I have gotten along with my subordinates.”
Andy Bernard: “I spent so much of my time here at Dunder Mifflin thinking about my old pals, my college a cappella group. The weird thing is now, I’m exactly where I wanna be - I got my dream job at Cornell - and I’m still just thinking about my old pals. Only now they’re the ones I made here. I wish there was a way to know you’re in the good old days before you’ve actually left them.”
Oscar Martinez: “You take something ordinary… a piece of paper. It’s not much, but, if you see it in the right way…and that’s what you did with this documentary.”
Erin Hannon: “How did you do it? How did you capture what it was really like? How we felt, and how we made each other laugh, and how we got through the day… how did you do it?”
Darryl Philbin: “Everyday when I came into work, all I wanted to do was leave. So why in the world does it feel so hard to leave right now?”
Kevin Malone: “If there is one thing that I have learned through this whole experience, it’s that if you film anybody long enough, they’re going to do something stupid. It’s only human natural.”
Phyllis Vance: “I’m happy that this was all filmed, so I can remember everyone and what we did. I worked for a paper company all these years and never wrote anything down.”
Meredith Palmer: “I just feel lucky that I got a chance to share my crummy story with anyone out there who thinks they’re the only one to take a dump in a paper shredder. You’re not alone, sister. Let’s get a beer sometime.”
Creed Bratton: “It all seems so very arbitrary. I applied for a job at this company because they were hiring. I took a desk at the back because it was empty. But, no matter how you get there or where you end up, human beings have this miraculous gift to make that place home. Let’s do this.”
Jim Halpert: “I sold paper at this company for twelve years. My job was to speak to clients on the phone about quantities and types of copier paper. Even if I didn’t love every minute of it, everything I have I owe to this job…this stupid, wonderful, boring, amazing job.”
Pam Halpert: “I thought it was weird when you picked us to make a documentary. But, all in all, I think an ordinary paper company like Dunder Mifflin was a great subject for a documentary. There’s a lot of beauty in ordinary things. Isn’t that kinda the point?”

So if I went all the way across town to get something you like, that means… You must really like yogurt?
Seventeen years ago, ice rinks in Kazakhstan were only opened in the winter, because they were all outdoors. And let me tell you, it gets pretty cold in Kazakhstan in the winter. That’s one reason why we have lots and lots of real snow. Eventually, the first shopping mall in Kazakhstan was built, and included an indoor skating rink. For the first time, we didn’t have to wear snowsuits to practice ice skating. In those first years, I didn’t even have competition ice skates. I had a pair of old side skates with no support at all for jumps. To make them better, my Dad cut plastic water bottles in half, and attached them to each side so I could actually do jumps. Then, at age 8, I attended my first international competition in Omsk, Russia. It took us 3 days to get there by train. I was still wearing my plastic water bottle skates, I trained in a shopping mall, and I had little to no professional coaching. Yet, there I was competing in the qualifying round. I remember being amazed to even be there. But I also remember being ashamed of my skates, commpared to the Russian kids’ skates. And guess what? I won the competition, and the rest as they say is history. This is a long way to explain why Almaty 2022 is important to me and for Kazakhstan. Today is not seventeen years ago, but we still need better resources to develop our young athletes. So, why am I telling you all of this? Why is my story important? It is important because it is a real example of what our country can achieve in winter sports and what the whole region is capable of if we have the right resources and opportunities. That is the reason I agreed to participate in this campaign. I am not here for myself. I’m already living my Olympic dream. I am here for thousands of young Kazakh athletes dreaming their own Olympic dreams. And I am also here for that little kid out there, alone, skating around somewhere on a frozen lake, with skates supported by plastic water bottles.
