It would seem a siren is one of the greatest enemies of any ship, a killer of sailors and pirates alike. So why is it that now, a siren — capable of killing any human with ease — is communicating with a man?.. With a pirate!

There is a bond between Ronin and Angel. A contract. One that benefits them both: Ronin, as a pirate, is granted safe passage through siren waters for his crew.
