Halloween is in his soul

Celebrating an amazing 6 years of marriage with my wife today! My Dearest Mandi, You know I've never been great with expressing my emotions...just kidding. I'm extra, so what else do you expect? Serendipity was certainly a factor in our meeting, and I've never believed the word 'soulmates' more than when I think of you and me. I think about everything that's happened in my life before you, and how everything somehow paved the way to you. I am the luckiest. I will never take that for granted, and you know that. We have been through heaven and hell and back on earth more than once, and I don't see myself doing this with anyone else. So thank you for being the amazing, supportive, awkward yet beautiful person that you've been. I love you. More than anything and longer than forever. I pinky promise just like old times. ❤️ - Pearl

- 15 July 2017 - Today was pride in our hometown. Roan was sporting his pride. 🏳️‍🌈 PS. We've missed you guys. We have lots to catch up on, including the loss of our pug, Booger, which has been awful. But for now, let's celebrate love. ❤️

- 08 March 2017 - Geez, where did the time go? Roan's 10 months! He's so close to being 1! I feel like all I say on this blog is how fast time flies, but it's true. We almost have a 1 year old. He's definitely a handful. All he wants to do is walk. Thank goodness he's starting to walk on his own (just like that video) because he needs to be holding one of our hands (just one because two hands is too much) and walks relentlessly every where, all the time, around our house for hours. He loves anything with music and dances like no other trying to snap his little fingers. He loves nature so much so that he tried to eat a handful of leaves the other day. He's just so content looking out the window with so much wonder in his eyes. He's our little mischievous adventurer. His little personality is growing, and we love to see that toothy smile on his face.
