Congratulations to Wanderlust Bench Art Park on our tenth anniversary! Located in Quentin, Sansara, the 512 parcel has two moon gate portals to other outdoor art collections.

In Quentin, the art changes every two months. The regular, long - time contributors are Giselle Seeker, Wheedle, Klaus, Kate Silver, Elle Thorkveld, Pearl Grey (park ranger), Veyot, and Quinn (park owner).

There are posters with landmarks to the artists other galleries, exhibits, coffee shops, and installations, as well as some mainland destinations.

The next art refresh is the beginning of May. Everyone is welcome!

The Matisse House installation by Klaus Bereznyak and Pearl Grey at Xaraz Sandbox, open through March. Playing with works from Matisse which went into Public Domain in 2025.

There's also a small memorial for avatar Livio Korobase who contributed greatly in Second Life through art, music, and friendship.

Wedcot Festival of the Arts is open through February 23.

Artists include Temba, Vee, Judi Lynn, Matt Thomson, Jamee Sandalwood, John Huntsman, Kayly Iali, Nils Urqhart, and myself.

There are many activities, including posing inside well-known pieces of art, as I've done in the top photo here.

Wedcot is a Disney Epcot tribute. Trevor Sleydon is the Event Coordinator and Park Owner.

Happy New Year

The top photo is of the big, borked ditch Linden Lab has recently dug between Art Portal Park, in Masan, and the road. The other two photos are of the chopped up, uneven, abandoned land on all sides of the small park. The parcel was claimed May 24, 2018, and once upon a time the land was smooth. As an owner and renter of numerous small parcels all over the mainland continents, this isn't unusual for the surrounding land to be terraformed by the Lindens to look like a disaster.

Perhaps there's a good "reason" why this destruction is wrought. With the increasing difficulty in "loading world" and teleporting, I wish they'd find something better to "fix".

Art Portal Park was created with care, and visitors are welcome. Please be careful if you immerse and walk off the parcel.

I've changed my art at The Cultured Goats Gallery in Taeniatum, Heterocera. The pieces are experiments with limited color palettes.

The treehouse gallery is owned by Elle Thorkveld, who also shows art, as does Klaus. And there's a Last Drop Cafe on the parcel. The treehouse gallery is next to the High Mountain Road.
