Some people believe in a 6th sense some don’t.! When you hear voices in your head it’s even harder to know what to believe in. I had time while in the hospital to do lots of art and collages with paint sticks, cutouts, glue marker etc Here’s a laminated collage I made in group activity “imagine you could make a cover for a record”

I based the track list off 6 senses and a lot of what can be small triggers metaphors; ex on fire: when it feels like your skin’s on fire or you cant breathe and your lungs are burning and you cant breathe from being anxious. Or things that are meaningful like dark chocolate elating your tastebuds. Or even how someone’s tone can make things go from bad to worse. Its art 🤷🏾i learn. I grow. I find things to carry with me. I suffer. Its life.
