Wow I can’t believe I remembered my password. I can’t believe some of things I last posted. It’s like a rush of familiar feelings of which I thought I would never see again. *breathe in* I miss you. *breathe out* I’m glad to see that you’re well. Well, alive and still kicking at least. You always kicked. Pushed past the shit that got in your way. Elbowed, pushed, hip-bumped, kicked whatever obstructed you. A fighter they called you. Except you weren’t trying to win. Just trying to get by. To ease on down, ease on down the road. The street, the avenue, place, boulevard. Until you end up at the dead-end. You were okay. Built up shop, shopped til you drop, got on your knees, and prayed to god. A familiar feeling indeed it was. Talking about the things you last left off, talking about the people you’ve now become, talking about the feelings that they knew all too well. The only one to listen. The only one to know. The only one to never have said good-bye. The only one to show up show after show.
