As far as I know, Lotor killed Narti. The other Generals tried to avenge her by stunning Lotor and taking him captive to turn in him to Zarkon.

At this point, Lotor is an enemy of the Galra just as much as voltron is. It is confirmed that we will be seeing Lotor working with Voltron or it is at least implied.

Since Lotor is “alone” now, he no longer has access to the Sincline ships (comet ships). This might mean that the Galra will be finishing the creation of these ships to fight Voltron later on. Or Lotor and Team Voltron will capture the Sincline ships from the Galra.

Lotor might actually feel betrayed and hurt by his generals.

I am definitely not excusing him for what he did to Narti. I am merely stating an observation. Lotor does what he has to do in order to survive.

He broke his arms, flew extremely close a star, and is willing to make an alliance with Voltron. Whatever he’s doing, he is desperate.

Lotor is closer to an ally of voltron than he is an ally of the Galra Empire. However, it is possible that Haggar may eventually remember who Lotor is and Lotor will be revealed the truth about Honerva.
