I'm an inconvenience made for the masses to enjoy

When I first got Jiji, any time he fed off me (unless I was sleeping) I would call it "eating" and make comments about him being hungry, asking if it tasted good, etc. I said it kind of jokingly and to help myself get used to it - because even if I liked and encouraged it, its still an unusual an unusual and kind of intimate thing to get used to?

Jiji obviously could feel nervousness (again, sensating negative emotions is kind of a shuppet's whole deal so idk what kid me thought they were doing trying to hide it), so in what I later realized was an attempt to get me to relax, he started pretending to eat. Like a whole exaggerated "aaaaaaaahm" and chewing with puffed-up cheeks.

I gave such a loud surprised laugh the first time it shocked us both, but then I started laughing for real at myself, and Jiji started laughing more too, and now years and years later he still does it to help cheer me up when I'm down 💜

Soft hands caressing their steering wheel, playing with radio dials out of curiosity while this Cybertronian is fighting for their very life. You’re touching everything. Touching them in ways no one ever has. Your field is washing into them and they can’t get away from it, can’t block it out. Please, don’t play with the gear shift, they can put themselves into gear and it feels obscenely good when you do that. You have no idea what you’re doing to them and they’re too mortified to just tell you. They’re flustered, but loving that you’re tucked away inside them, trusting yourself completely to them.

jolteon: can't recommend. their fur is sharp and stores electricity so you're just going to get zapped.

flareon: kind of wirey on top because of the guard hairs, but super duper warm and soft underneath. just watch when petting their ruff as it can get hot enough to burn.

vaporeon: dense and plush when dry, but slick on top if they've been in the water recently.

espeon: ridiculously soft and velvety. almost has a sheen to it. their fur is really sensitive though so it's easy to overstimulate them if you're not careful

umbreon: short and rough and typically kind of oily/poison-sweaty. the fur on their tail is a little longer and softer but overall not super pleasant to pet.

leafeon: short, sparse fur. feels kind of like running your hand across a peach.

glaceon: nope. do not pet. their fur is short and dense, but they're able to freeze ice spikes into it. they don't generally love touch and you can cut your hand on the ice.

Quadrupedal and bird pokemon cannot easily open doors and drawers. Tie rope to handles so they can pull them open instead.

Smaller pokemon cannot reach the tops of counters and tables. Having step-ladders and stools on hand allow them to reach better.
