I wanna know what interests led you to have your artstyle
i'm not sure how my art is perceived by others, but for me i think my art is more influenced by a bit older internet days.
most of the content that i watched (and still watch today) was related to NND big three (leaning more to vocaloid and imas, less touhou). i love idolmaser and idol music!!!! there were a lot of silly songs out there with cute art! most influential artists from that period of time for me were annin doufu (imas) and niboshi/atatataP (vocaloid PV artist). a lot of the things i want to achieve are after them specifically.
i really liked MMD and project diva (especially the openings), so when i started drawing i wanted to draw like that. moving from MMD to vocaloid askblogging made me not pursue that, but i still make 3d work.
my interests are wider today, but i still focus about silly and cute storytelling in vocaloid and idol music (both drawn like imas / LL / enstars and live like hello!pro). i also like reading comics, focusing in light romance or silly themes. i loved the works of herb mandu (dasadanan, unfortunately there's nothing to link) and momose for tamako market.
i feel like consuming a lot of cute / moe media and liking those artists led my art to take a cute shape? looking at my art progress for the past 10+ years its somehow still the same but the cuteness just grew 🤔
i think my overall goal for my art (beside being cute ww) is to be welcoming more than anything. i don't want to put too much pressure for anyone who sees it after i finish a drawing (including me), so the style is somewhat simple. to see, enjoy and move on.
