T/N note: In the last bit she actually says "おでんきガスか〜？" (o denki (electricity) gasu (Gas) ka~?) which is wordplay on "お元気ですか?" (ogenkidesuka?) Which means "How are you?".
Everyone then responds "はい, でんきガス!" (Yes (hai), (Denki) Electricity (Gasu) Gas) which is also a play on "はい, 元気です!" (Yes (hai), genki (good/great) desu) meaning "Yes, we're great".
So literally it's actually "Electricity and Gas?" "Yes, electricity and gas!" which also works I guess XD
Also if you watch it again you'll realize Choromatsu (our favorite tsukkomi) is the only one questioning the sudden musical number in the bathhouse XD
