“Honestly, it’s so quiet…you could hear a pen drop!” The starlet sighed, ruffling her mop of tangled blonde hair. While she’d initially been excited at the chance for a peaceful night’s sleep, Himiko found herself near longing for the bustling sounds of the city. Hope’s Peak was many things, sure-prestigious, impressionable, and a bit costly-but the strict nighttime rules made the massive building deathly silent. It was almost…spooky.

“Quit that.” Himiko snapped at herself. What was she, ten years old? No self-respecting actress would ever be afraid of something so juvenile as a lack of noise. “Well, like it or not, I can’t sleep in these conditions.” With a restless sigh, she swung her legs over the bed and slipped on a velvet bathrobe, determined to find someone to share her insomnia with.

"What was that?"

"I think the door is locked!"
