I’m not even that short (I’m 5’4) but I hate how low of a weight I have to get to even look remotely sick. Maybe it’s also how I hold my weight but my stomach is still pudgy and I’m technically underweight

I’m doing a water fast today and I think I want to try and do one once or twice a week. Hopefully I can stick to it

Last week I binged so much so now I’m trying to heavily restrict. It’s only been 2 days and I’m so delusional that I feel like I already look skinnier

So many people see me like a fragile little girl when they find out what’s wrong with me and I don’t know if I love it or hate it. I’m 23 years old and it might be kinda pathetic to lean into that but it’s so much easier than trying to be an adult with an actual future

I don’t feel bad about lying about my 3d. I’d never admit that to anyone who knows me but lately I can’t convince myself that I actually feel bad. I know I’m slowly killing myself and the people who care about me wouldn’t want that but I don’t think I can survive without being a little self destructive

Life is so much better when you don’t have to see people saying “but you still absorb calories if you ch3w and sp1t.” Like sure I absorbed some but it’s obviously nothing close to the amount if you actually ate the food
