Upright meaning

The Doorman inspires you to be brave and take the key so that you may expand your world. Not every opportunity is a smart one, but the doorman promises you that this one is not to be missed. "You'd be a fool to turn the other way." He says.

Reversed meaning

In reversed, the Doorman knows that you are not ready to jump into something new. Perhaps you have too many blockages and doubt about yourself or your skills, maybe you are not in a great financial spot for this opportunity, or maybe something else is holding you back.
