why did the government only preserve non population schedules for like 1861... for example 13 beautiful schedules in 1901 and only 1 survives......

#there should be a tab to filter diff schedules the way you can filter diff years come onnnnn #but even if they were unfilterable why are they just straight up not in the index i know theyre just as digitized #not to mention the horrible way theyre formatted in many years

welcome to my farm where we grow just an absolute fuck ton of carrots and turnips and comparatively little potatoes for some reason

#everyone else around grows potatoes and few other things idk what this guys problem was #maybe his family just loved turnips....#dont ask why the 1861 census calls beets mangel wurtzel i have no idea lol #i mean its a kind of beet but people couldve grown any other type of beet as well ?#it is a really fun name though #i marked out today for doing exclusively census digging so get ready for censusposting all day
