A week has passed and look at this cutie!
Its very different from the first day and now (my brother wanted to take a bite from it)
The inner side is growing, but at the outer side there isnāt much progress. So that means we have to wait patiently to get see a cabbage!

The water is refilled and the leaves are growing well!

There is a difference between now and the beginning of already! It has grown so much in the center, the cabbage! And yes the water isnāt refilled still. The purslane seems not have grown at all, but if you look closely it is going to have some leaves. I donāt know why the top of it it getting dry, I give a plenty of water to it.
Because itās quite cold in the room and there is almost no sun, I mostly let both the plants have some fresh air at day when I leave the house , and turn on the heater and my desk lamp on when I come back in the evening. I have thought of UV lights, or just making the lightbulb purple by putting on purple tape on the lightbulb, but I will think about that.
(Today is the 23th so I have write all the stuffs from 5 days ago! Now I will update 1 blog per day, if I would not forget)

As you can see, the cabbage is now really starting to grow leaves inside. The roots are also growing and i have to refill the water soon.
Something about myself: Music, Math, and Dutch (I live in the Netherlands and is in high school.) are one of my favorites subjects. Math is very interesting, but itās hard to understand and sometimes it feels like an impossible riddle. But when you do found the logica of it, you can really find it easy and maybe fun.
If you have trouble with math I always recommend to be in a peaceful space and take your time. Donāt get distracted by anything and write down all the steps, even if you look from the answers. AND ALWAYS REVISE.

The cabbage has grown a lot in the water, and it has absorbed the water too. You can see a little leave there in the second picture (taken in the evening).
In the first picture is taken in the morning and you can also see the purslane too. I have picked some leaves from the cabbage, only the outer leaves, because I think they wonāt grow. Those leaves wonāt get wasted, because it will be the food for the purslane. And you can see the jar that was used for the cabbage is now a water jar for both of them!

The peanut butter jar is really too small, and instead of finding a new jar I use a bowl from the IKEA. Fill it with enough water. Today I also got a stem of purslane, or 马é½æč from my uncle. I put that stem with earth in a can which used to put pineapples, now the Chinese cabbage isnāt alone!

You can see a bit on the top thereās growing something on it. The jar is pretty small for the cabbage, so I need to find a bigger jar, and quick!

I got home and found a leftover Chinese cabbage and got a weird idea to put it in the water, like how some people would do it with lettuce. Soon in the kitchen drawers there is a jar where pindakaas (peanut butter?) was put in it, filled in water and itās time to wait!
