Ok, so there are a ton of "makeup artists" out there that claim to be professional but yet they have 0 pictures of their work online. Nothing! How do you expect to get work if you dont have photos of your previous work for potential clients to see?? Oh but then you want to sit back and complain about how its so hard to become a freelancer and work for yourself. Shut it. Youre just being lazy. And no one likes someone who's lazy. Especially when youre some self-proclaimed makeup artist. Get out there and put in your hard work and efforts. AND you HAVE to start from the bottom. I hate when i hear beginning makeup artists that want to do makeup for photoshoots/ fashion shows, complain about how everyone isnt willing to pay, and then they become some asshole diva saying "im not doing work for free, eff that!" Honey listen, every new mua needs to put in their time and do some tfp. Thats how you get your name out there. I didnt start getting paid well until the 3rd yr i was into doing freelancing. And i still sometimes dont get paid, but thats my call to either miss out on an opportunity or do an amazing project that could potentially get my name out there or just do it for the love of makeup artistry! Just an fyi.

Long term petty goal. To own an authentic Chanel purse by the time im 35 lol. Yess itll happen.
