Mount Everest is the tallest mountain on Earth. It's more than 5 miles high. Now picture a mountain almost three times bigger than that.
That's Olympus Mons, the giant volcano on Mars. It's over 13 miles high, making it the highest point on Mars and the biggest volcano we have found in the solar system. It's so tall that the summit actually pokes above Mars' atmosphere. So if someone climbed it, they'd be in space when they reached the top.
