Heiðrún is a goat from Norse mythology. She is said to live at the top of Valhalla, consuming the foliage of Læraðr, a tree often associated with Yggdrasil. She will then produce mead for the einherjar.

Heiðrún is mentioned in both the Poetic and Prose Edda. The Poetic Edda states that Heiðrún fills crocks with her mead, while the Prose Edda says that she will fill a cauldron daily.
