hope youβre doing well! Anything youβve been working on lately?
Hello! I should be sleeping so you are contributing to my adult delinquency!
Currently Iβm working on a three way between two short stories and my big girl novel. Iβm technically finished with my short stories so Iβm trying to decide if Iβm going to release them for free or charge like a dollar. Tomorrow Iβm posting a piece of my short story on my writing blog because itβs so empty. Note to self: I shouldβve made a side blog instead of a totally different tumblr blog I have to sign into!
How about you? Iβm enthralled by your wips you post here sometimes. Do you have plans to post that on ao3? And if you are posting stuff on ao3, whatβs your ao3 so I can lurk?
Bonus question: do you usually encounter goats?
>Currently Iβm working on a three way between two short stories and my big girl novel.
Hell yeah! Thatβs whatβs up. Iβve seen snippets on your writing blog. Canβt wait for it and the short stories! Gonna be popping the biggest champagne bottles.
>Do you have plans to post that on ao3? And if you are posting stuff on ao3, whatβs your ao3 so I can lurk? My AO3 is here, but we are not in the same fandoms. I want to get into writing original works like you, but I donβt really know where to start. You and this one other writer are kind of a source of inspiration to me I am like wrowβ¦ I admire how your ideas come so fast.
>Bonus question: do you usually encounter goats? Yeah! I am a rancher actually.
Even though Iβm ignorant to what your fandoms are, Iβm still reading it because I like your writing! Iβm in no position to be giving writing advice but all my original fiction ideas either stems from βI want to read this but no one is writing it so I might as well,β or βI never got over this thing that happened to me so Iβll write about it,β or thinly veiled AU of this intellectual property I like (with enough changed that itβs not outright plagiarism).
Speaking of your writing, though, Iβve been looking for βGoatβ so I can reblog it to my writing blog. I really enjoyed it!
Also you being a rancher is so cool. I have never met one before. I imagine that itβs hard work but omg the rich vein of inspiration you can draw from that to write novels! Thats a really unique occupation that I would love to read about, especially with some southern/mexican gothic.
And goats are very cute! I want to know their names! Do you call yourself Chupacabra to display dominance against them? Just in case they step out of line?
Also, stop being so sweet to me. It makes me feel like this:

I can't believe you remembered that! That's when I tried writing original fiction the first time, but I don't have it anymore. I wrote it in college, but I deleted it a while ago. Thank you for reminding me about it. I have to look over my notes on it.
The idea, I think, was to write a story about a guy who made deliveries to a butcher, but I couldn't think of a good plot at the time. It was supposed to be partially inspired by what you said here:
>I imagine that itβs hard work but omg the rich vein of inspiration you can draw from that to write novels!
But I can't think of much, though lmao. Nothing really happens in the middle of nowhere.
>I want to know their names! Do you call yourself Chupacabra to display dominance against them? Just in case they step out of line?
They don't really have names. The only one with a name is Maruchan because she is the biggest and most distinct goat, but the other ones all sort of look too alike to name,
By the way, I read the excerpt from your βThe Heretic." I really love the characters so far, and it's so mysterious... Father Harold. I am intrigued. I loved your descriptions; it's so heavy with religious imagery. Especially with how you described Sarah and Isabella: > Sarah looked on as if she just watched a lamb take its first steps.
>The girl still had that 'new kid smell' despite being six years oldβ¦ he would topple kingdoms for her π
>Sarah was already in heaven. The white light of her devotion blinded her to silence...
Very beautiful so far! I am so in love with it.
